Most recently Matt served as CEO for two private equity backed businesses, Envysion, a Video SaaS business, and then Nuvem, a Pharmacy Technology and Services business. He also held senior leadership roles at LogistiCare and Providence Service Corporation (now Modivcare), a healthcare and human services company.
Matt spent nearly nine years at Parthenon Capital working closely with investors and CEOs on due diligence and post-investment value creation initiatives. Matt started his career in consulting and worked at Arthur D. Little and then L.E.K Consulting.

Zach Casavant has more than 15 years of transaction advisory and strategic consulting experience. Brian Fleming brings 20 years of private equity experience, both advising and working in PE, and he focuses on leading the firm's growth efforts across service lines, organically and through M&A. Austin Carter is the Director of Business Development for IGS and started with the firm in 2024. He leads business development efforts, with a focus on supporting IGS' investment banking partners across all industries. Austin has a background in finance and a deep experience on both the buy side and sell side. He was previously the Vice President of Business Development at Silver Oak Services Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm based in Evanston, Illinois. Austin was responsible for deal origination and driving the firm's marketing and business development efforts. Prior to Silver Oak Services Partners, Austin was a Vice President in Wells Fargo's Technology, Media, and Telecom Investment Banking team in New York City. Over the course of his investment banking career, he executed dozens of financial advisory assignments.

Alex joined IGS in the summer of 2024 and leads due diligence and strategic projects across a variety of industries. Prior to joining IGS, Alex worked at The Clorox Company, where she led sales & marketing analytics across numerous brands.

Larry has more than 20 years' experience working with clients in telecommunications, software & technology, and manufacturing. During his long career, Larry has helped clients leverage competitive and market research to develop packaging and pricing strategies that deliver immediate revenue impact and sustain long-term growth. He is adept at building strong client relationships and focuses on delivering practical strategies for change management.

Kate has over 15 years of experience in revenue growth management and price optimization. She spent years as a demand strategist, later specializing in revenue growth and portfolio management. Kate's strategic insights have led numerous large-scale companies to develop new methodologies, leading to meaningful breakthroughs in revenue growth.
Kate previously worked at Stanley Black & Decker's as a Sr. Revenue Growth Manager, where she designed and led the implementation of a tool that enabled the optimization of $500MM worth of rebate spend annually.

Rob Lordi is one of the original managing partners of IGS and now serves as a Senior Advisor. Rob has led over a thousand of market due diligence engagements and market strategy reviews for investor clients and corporate senior management, spanning a variety of industries including industrial and building products, consumer products and services, healthcare, and business and financial services.
Prior to joining IGS in 2000, Rob spent over a decade at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he served as the engagement leader for many of the firm’s global financial clients.
Rob holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from Boston College. Rob is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
